The newly b&b Chic & Charme Luxury Rooms located in Olbia in a suburban residential area, it’s the ideal starting point for visiting the historic center and its attractions as well as the most beautiful beaches and the most famous nearby locations such as Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo and the Costa Smeralda, easily reachable from the structure by car, motorbike or public transport thanks to the stop a few meters from the structure. The harbor and airport, easily reachable thanks to the nearby ring road, are located a few kilometers from the structure. This happy position allows our guests to enjoy a silent and rest stay and to have at the same time all the attractions of the city just a few minutes away.
The location
Born from a radical and careful renovation of a family property, Chic & Charme luxury rooms is today an elegant and refined accommodation facility equipped with all comforts, the result of a detailed study and careful planning followed and coordinated by the architect Carla Mulas . The renovation was carried out by GMS Group Srl, a leading company in the construction and renovation sector.
The structure, distributed over two floors, it’s composed of a cozy reception room, a comfortable breakfast room with an adjoining buffet room on the ground floor. The 5 very elegant and independent rooms are located on the upper floor, each one with a fully equipped bathroom and every equipment to guarantee comfort and a stay that lives up to your dreams,furthermore each room is equipped with a large balcony on wich you can enjoy an aperitif and moments of total relax.Wi-fi with optical fiber, access to rooms with card or code, latest generation systems including the VMC system (controlled mechanical ventilation) make the rooms comfortable for an optimal stay. The structure has a small front garden and in the rear there is an outdoor patio where it is possible, in the spring/summer months, to have breakfast outside in front of the pool. Parking is available free of charge in front of the structure, for those who wish to keep their car in a closed car park, Chic & Charme offers, as a paid service, the possibility to park inside its own courtyard, in one of the 3 dedicated car parks 2 of which are under the roof.
