On the day of arrival we will be happy to welcome you from 3.30 pm in order to ensure that the room is delivered in perfect condition. Check in is managed by the staff until 10.00 pm. Is your flight delayed? No problem, at Chic & Charme you can enter independently at any time even after 10pm with self check-in. We recommend communicating your expected arrival time at the property. Subject to room availability, it is possible to bring it forward by agreement with the management.

On the day of your departure we will say goodbye by 10:30, so that the room can be prepared to best accommodate subsequent customers. Subject to room availability and upon agreement with the management, it is possible to have a late check out with exit no later than 12.30 pm. Beyond this time, a penalty equal to one extra night’s stay will be charged to the maximum price charged without having the right to use the relevant stay.

We offer a buffet breakfast prepared by us included in the price, while hot drinks are included and prepared by our staff. Breakfast is served every morning from 08.00 AM to 10.00 AM

Our structure accommodates food intolerances as much as possible. In our buffet we have a small dedicated sector with pre-packaged gluten-free products in order to avoid any contamination. However, in the buffet there are various products suitable for intolerant people.

Our guests can easily park next to the structure on the public street, the parking lots are free and the area is rather quiet. For those wishing to keep their vehicles stored inside the courtyard, the structure has 2 parking spaces under a roof. Parking is available upon reservation and subject to availability at a daily cost of €5. The parking area is protected by a surveillance camera system. 

We have the possibility of storing luggage in a safe place where access is only permitted to the property of the facility. It is a service offered by us free of charge

Minibar room is equipped with the first complimentary supply (water, soft drinks, juices, and snacks). Need something more? You can purchase filling the form and delivering it to reception In addition, 2 bottles of water and 2 coffees will be complimentary every day

With adequate notice, the staff can serve breakfast even before the normal service hours.

Unfortunately, even if we are animal lovers, at the moment the structure is not able to accommodate your four-legged friends.

At the moment the property is not yet ready to welcome guests with reduced mobility. We are working to be able to accommodate guests with disabilities in the near future.
