Paradise between land and sea
Among the most evocative landscapes in the world, “La Maddalena Archipelago” is located at the extreme tip of Northern Sardinia between uncontaminated nature, intense scents of the Mediterranean scrub and turquoise sea with infinite transparency. About 60 islets and minor peaks but there are 7 main islands: La Maddalena, Caprera, Santo Stefano, Santa Maria, Spargi, Budelli and Razzoli.

You also fall in love with Sardinia’s wildest and least known part, yet waiting to be discovered. In the hinterland it is in fact possible to discover territories where the authenticity of the traditions is still intact. You can do this through off-road excursions, trekking or kayaking, visiting the inland villages among shops, cellars and tastings. Excursions to Mount Tiscali, the Cedrino River or the Gorroppu Canyon, visits to local museums of Sardinian culture or lunch with shepherds in Supramonte. Choose which activity to get to know the hinterland and its traditions.
Olbia south coast
Just over an hour’s drive away you reach Cala Gonone and its coast where you can admire the beautiful coves with cliffs overlooking the water from the sea. In fact, this stretch of the coast is characterized by a very different landscape from that a little further north. The small coves, among which we remember the most famous of Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu and Cala Goloritzè, are characterized by a beach made up of very white pebbles which, combined with the transparency of the water, create a unique play of colours. Boat excursions depart from various marinas including La Caletta, Orosei and Cala Gonone.
